    Nissan dead on roadside

Got a call from Ian that his truck died going into second gear. Checking into it theirs pressure coming out of the intake as it turns over. Thinking it dropped a valve. So it's a very high mileage engine, 280,000 plus. I remember seeing where you could buy low mileage import engines, just can't remember where from. Anyone know where I could pick one up? 1987 Nissan pickup. Thanks John

Look in the auto recycler. There are alot of ads for rebuilt engines swap.

Down in ontario/ pomona on holt street or mission in that area. I cant remember the name of the place. My tranny went out on my camaro. I found a place that swapped it out for around 700.00 I put another 50,000 miles on it before I sold it. Never had any problems. You will find atleast ten ads for engine swap or rebuilt engines. Not sure how much it will cost but thats the place to look . Auto recycler

I think these guys might have a straight drop in for you, but you'll want to call first...K Watanabe Engine.

I bought a B series Hoonda motor from G-Speed also. It's been a while for me and G-Speed though.

Same suggestion for recycler. My dad used to have a shop and he would go down and get rice-a-roni swap outs all the time. One place had em lined up with Dyno tags and you could pick whatever you wanted.

Went to chevron and 7-11 they didn't have the auto trader. The lady behind the counter said it was online only, then she chased a guy with a bat out the door!!!!! Looked online and couldn't make heads or tails of it for some adds. Any ideas on where I could pick one up? I'm looking for the recycler also. Thanks for the help guys.

I have not seen the ads in Auto Trader I have only seen them in the Recycler. Usually the Am/PM's is where I pick them up. But online might have K.Wattanabe
